How long is the internship?

The internship is 12 weeks full-time (40+ hours per week). This includes your work at the company plus ongoing mentorship and professional development activities.

What if I have zero e-commerce experience?

That's fine. We're looking for motivation, a willingness to learn, and expertise across various majors.

Where will I live?

Interns will stay in a homestay (with a local family, including breakfast and dinner daily). You can request a shared apartment with a private room as an add-on. Both options will be near the city or close to your workplace.

When does the program run?

We offer cohorts in the Spring (January - March), Summer (May - July), and Fall (September - November). However, non-cohort programs can start at any time. Please check our website or email us for current availability.

Which companies will I work with?

We partner with established e-commerce companies in Hangzhou across different sectors: cross-border e-commerce, live-stream commerce, marketplace operations, brand marketing, and more. We'll match you based on your interests and the company's needs.

Can I earn college credit for this internship?

Possibly, depending on your university. If your school offers internship credit, work with your registrar to get this approved before the program starts. We'll provide documentation to support credit approval.

Contact us if this is important to you.

Do I need to speak Mandarin?

No. The internship is entirely in English. Mandarin courses are available as an add-on, but it's not required.

Will I get a job offer after the internship?

Not guaranteed, but it happens. What's guaranteed: a strong portfolio, professional references, and skills that make you more competitive.
