Elite Special: 6-week Cultural Exchange in China

General Description: 

Spend 6 weeks with a selected Chinese host family and light up their winter this year! You will be a great role model to your host siblings by helping tutor their English and organizing their winter vacation activities, all while enjoying mandarin classes two half days per week at the leading mandarin schools in China and connecting with other EduCare buddies in the same city. After the 6 week live-in experience you may choose to travel for a week or so in China before your final departure home.

Entry Qualification: 

- Native English speakers

- Current undergraduates 

- Good academic background, top university preferred 

- TEFL Certificate preferred

- Child education major preferred 

Cost and Program Components: 

This special program will be totally funded by your Chinese host family!! Program components include:

- Comprehensive travel insurance 

- 36 classes hours of mandarin taught in well-known Chinese language school
