Qualifications and Training
All LoPair Au Pairs are pre-screened and trained before departure by LoPair’s International Partners. These partners are professional agencies accredited by the IAPA (international Au pair association). Once in China, Au Pairs receive 10 hours of training in child safety and child development at Arrival Orientation and Training Camp, 200 class hours of mandarin, and Chinese cultural courses.
